Air conditioning installation policy at Sulaiman Al Bassam Trading Company
- The warranty for installing air conditioners is 3 months from the date of installation, provided that the installation clause is included in the invoice, and that the copper extension was done by ( Sulaiman Al-Bassam Company ) .
- ( Sulaiman Al Bassam Company ) reserves the right to refuse to return or replace the air conditioner after installation.
- If chairs or legs are needed during the installation process, the customer must pay their value to the installation technician.
- Electricity must be available at the location where the air conditioner is to be installed. If the location requires plumbing or electricity, the customer must prepare the location himself.
- If there is a concrete wall, the customer must drill it himself. Also, if there is an old air conditioner at the installation site, the customer bears the cost of dismantling the old air conditioner.
- The height of the indoor unit shall not exceed 3.5 meters, and the height of the outdoor chair shall not exceed 2.5 meters from the ground level. If the installation site violates safety conditions, the customer shall be notified of this and the installation shall be carried out under the customer’s responsibility if he wishes to install it, provided that the customer signs a liability bearing form.
- ( Sulaiman Al-Bassam Company ) is not responsible for the suitability of the air conditioning capacity to the size of the area to be air-conditioned after explaining this to the customer. The customer must sign a liability bearing form if he wishes to install it.
- If the site needs a crane to lift the external units to the roof, the customer must transport them to the roof on his own.
- In the event that additional chairs or copper are requested (depending on the type of industry), the value per meter is determined according to the capacity of each air conditioner in advance before starting the installation, and the customer is obligated to pay its value to the site upon purchase or to the technician at the time of installation.
- The air conditioner includes up to 4 meters of copper, which is provided by the factory with each air conditioner ( except for Gree, Carrier, O General, Fuji and Daikin air conditioners, which come without copper attached ). If you wish to extend the copper, it can be requested separately through the installation options.
- In case of installing a window air conditioner, the window air conditioner must be completely empty and have an internal wooden frame, and the height of the opening to be installed must not exceed 2 meters from the ground level. In case of an opening with a height higher than that mentioned, the company is not responsible for the installation at all. It is also required that there be electricity directly next to the opening. In case of an old air conditioner at the installation site, the customer bears the cost of dismantling the old air conditioner.
