The website https://albassamest.com/ar (the "Site") is owned and operated by Sulaiman Al Bassam Trading Company. (referred to as "Al Bassam Home Appliances", "we", "our", or "us") as a service to you (the "Service") and is intended to allow users of the Site to browse and/or order products or other goods or services (the "Products"). As a user of this Site (referred to as "you/your"), you acknowledge that your use of this Site for any reason, including conducting transactions ("use/using") is subject to the terms and conditions set out below, which include without limitation, active links to other related sections such as the Privacy Policy, Home Page, Delivery and Installation, Easy Returns, etc. (collectively referred to as the "Terms"). In addition, you may find other useful information in the Help and Services section.

1. Year
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes shall be effective on the day they are posted on https://albassamest.com/ar (see date at the top of the page). You should therefore read the terms each time you use https://albassamest.com/ar and by entering the https://albassamest.com/ar website, registering an account or using the services provided by Al Bassam Foundation on the website, you agree to be bound by the terms. 2. The account and the user registered with the site
2.1. In order to access certain functions of the Service, including the ability to purchase products and services, you must register and create an account on https://albassamest.com/ar, including a password (“Account”). It is understood that any account registered is personal and exclusive to you and is not transferable to any third party.
2.2. If you register and create an account, you become a “Registered User”. To become a Registered User, you must be at least 21 years of age, and must provide true and accurate information (including name, date of birth, email address, credit card details/other details) as requested during the account creation process. Where applicable, as a parent or guardian of a minor aged between 18 and 21, you may permit that minor to use your account, on the basis that you remain liable for any use of the Service by that minor through your account. We may conduct further checks to verify your age with a registered credit reference agency (or similar), and if we are unable to verify that you are over 21, we will cancel your order.
2.3. By registering and using https://albassamest.com/ar, you warrant that the information you provide in the course of the registration process is true and accurate and you undertake to ensure that such information is kept up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. 3. Ordering process
3.1. As a registered user, you may order and purchase products through the Service. If a payment is due for a product you have ordered, you must pay the full amount for that product as indicated during the order process, including shipping costs and other fees that may apply to that order. All orders you place on https://albassamest.com/ar are subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms.
3.2. “Confirmation” is the stage that specifies the final details of your order. After this, we will send you an email confirming the process and detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not for order confirmation or acceptance of the order by Sulaiman Al Bassam Trading Company.
3.3. After your order is accepted, the contract between us and you is completed after the order is accepted by delivering what you ordered to you, if you paid for the purchase of the products using your card, unless we notify you that your order has been rejected or unless you cancel the order (please refer to the Easy Returns section).
3.4. We may not retain your order details in a form that you can access later on https://albassamest.com/ar Therefore, we suggest that you print these terms and the service/product order acknowledgement for your records. If you would like to obtain specific details of your previous orders, you may contact us by calling our Customer Service Department on 920001851 .
3.5. There may be errors in the prices that appear on https://albassamest.com/ar or during the ordering process from time to time. There may also be errors in transmission that may lead to interruption of the purchase process or there may be differences in specifications by the agent and Albassam Company is not responsible for them. Albassam Home Appliances will do its utmost to try to solve any problems that may arise as a result of such errors. Your role comes by agreeing to cooperate with Albassam in resolving such matters, and you agree that the company has full freedom to act and determine the appropriate decision in such cases.
3.6. Parties other than Albassam may advertise, offer services or sell their products on https://albassamest.com/ar. Such purchases from third parties will be restricted at the time of placing the order and will be subject to these terms and any other terms and conditions that may be imposed by such third party who made the sale. Albassam does not guarantee the offers provided by any of these companies or individuals, and your purchase from any of these parties or individuals is at your own risk and cost.
4. Payment
In the event of a refund of any amount paid by credit cards (Visa or MasterCard), 3% of the amount paid will be deducted 4.1. The payment process is made using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or (Mada) (Apple Pay) (Tabby and Tamara up to a maximum of 5000 riyals) at the time we receive your order for the relevant products, and after we verify your card details. Products are provided according to their availability. In the event that we are unable to provide the products, we will inform you as soon as possible.
The full amount you paid for the product will be refunded.
4.2. To ensure that the card is not being used without your consent, if you wish to use MasterCard and Visa (MIGS) as a payment method you will be directed to the MasterCard and Visa (MIGS) payment processing website, where you will be asked to enter your card details (such as card number, expiry date, and PIN). We will verify the accuracy of your name, address, and other personal information you provide to us during the application process using appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms, you consent to such verifications. The personal information you provide may be disclosed to a registered credit reference agency (MasterCard and Visa payment processing website), which may keep a record of that information. Please note that this is done only to confirm your identity and that your credit rating will not be affected. All information you provide to us will be treated securely and in full compliance with applicable law.
4.3. The price you pay for the products you have ordered is the price displayed on https://albassamest.com/ar at the time your order is received, subject to some exceptions. Although we ensure that all product prices are accurately stated, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the prices of products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling that order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as a cancelled order. If you cancel the order and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.

4.5. The risk of loss or damage and ownership of the products you ordered on the website https://albassamest.com/ar passes to you once you receive the products at the address stated in your order, or on the date of the first delivery attempt by us, provided that we have received the full price for the products.
4.6 All prices quoted are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include taxes (if any) at the current applicable rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise (for further details please see the Delivery and Installation Information including delivery charges).
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. By using our website, you acknowledge and agree that all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content available on https://albassamest.com/ar are permanently owned by us or our licensors. You are permitted to use such materials and/or content only as authorized by us or our licensors.
6.2. All product names, trade names, service names, logos or other graphic marks that are distinctive in form, writing, or otherwise from the surrounding text (e.g., the use of distinctive characters), (collectively, the “Marks”) are trademarks owned by or licensed to Albassam, unless otherwise noted. All Marks on www.albassamest.com are protected by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other countries. You may not use any of these Marks without the prior written consent of Albassam, except to identify the products or services originating from Albassam.
6.3. By using our website, you acknowledge and agree that all materials and content contained on https://albassamest.com/ar are available for your personal, non-commercial use only, and you further acknowledge that you are downloading only for the purpose of using this website. You also acknowledge that any other use of the materials and content on https://albassamest.com/ar is strictly prohibited and you agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from such materials and content.
6.4. The Site may provide the opportunity for registered users to post their opinions, comments, questions, suggestions, or other information (“User Content”) on https://albassamest.com/ar.
