Free shipping and delivery within Riyadh for orders over 300 riyals, from 3 to 5 working days


Delivery outside Riyadh from 7 to 14 working days


Installation includes only (Riyadh, Buraidah, Unaizah, Khobar, Al Kharj)


Shipping, delivery and installation will be provided by Al Bassam Home Appliances.

Shipping outside Riyadh.

Shipping is done by shipping companies such as Aramex, SMSA, EGX, and Sabil, depending on the areas covered by their shipping companies. Orders are taken out of Al Bassam Home Appliances warehouse within 48 hours of the order and delivered to the shipping companies. Shipping takes from 7 to 14 working days from the date of approval of the payment details.

Al Bassam Home Appliances Exchange and Return Policy

In order to provide the best customer service, all your purchases* from (Al Bassam Home Appliances website) are subject to exchange and return within 3 days from the date of receipt. Subject to the conditions below.


- The original invoice (sent to your email after confirming your order) must be provided to benefit from the return, exchange and warranty services.


- It is possible to return or exchange the item if it is in the same original condition as when purchased, wrapped in the original packaging and unopened. Any product that has been opened or used will not be accepted.


- Sulaiman Al Bassam Company is not responsible for installing ovens and built-in surfaces.


- In the event of a manufacturing defect in any product, the replacement will be made within 72 hours from the date of the purchase invoice, provided that a technician from Al-Bassam Home Appliances Company visits and inspects the device, and that the device’s cover and all its accessories are present.


All devices are guaranteed by the agents and the role of Al-Bassam Home Appliances Company.

If you are outside Riyadh, the item to be returned or exchanged will be shipped via Naqel or Flow Shipping Services Company, where we will take care of receiving it from you. After we receive the products to be returned or exchanged, the customer will be compensated or the goods will be exchanged for other goods after inspecting the returned item to see if it is intact or not.


If the item is in its original box without cracks, the item will be accepted and replaced or the amount will be refunded.


In case of cracks, tears or the absence of the original box, the product will not be accepted and will be returned to the applicant, with the shipping cost being charged to the applicant.


All return and exchange requests are done free of charge and you do not bear any additional costs except in the following cases! In the event that the return or exchange is due to the customer's desire or mistake, the shipping value that came out of the Al Bassam Home Appliances website to the customer will be calculated based on what is determined by the shipping company itself, and the price of shipping and returning the order varies according to the weight and dimensions of the order.
